A select group of track athletes ages 16 and up with Olympic/Professional level participation aspirations.
Track Athletes in the development stage from the sprints, jumps, hurdles and multi-event groups that are receiving speed development, strength and conditioning and event specific development. Ages 11 to 17
This program is broken down into 2 sessions per year(an 8-week Summer period and a 6-week mid-Winter period). This group consist of athletes from varies sports, ages range from 9 to 12 and 13 to 18.

This group is for athletes looking for short or long term speed and athletic development either induvial or group.
